-
You must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. Drivers ages 18 to 20 must be accompanied by the person who made the reservation, who must be 21 or older and is fully responsible for the vehicle. No one under 18 may drive under any circumstances.
-
Our fleet is first come first served — you select your machine at checkout based on what is available. If you have questions about which machine is the best fit for your group, call us at 715-227-3004 and we are happy to help you think it through before you book.

Everything you need for a great day on the trails is included. Your adventure covers the vehicle, helmets and goggles, trail passes, your first tank of gas, trailside assistance, and digital maps. We also offer custom route suggestions and insider recommendations on local attractions so you can make the most of your time in the area.
-
Weather-appropriate clothes that can get muddy or wet, a change of clothes for the ride home, gloves if you prefer, and a cooler with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Bring a car charger for phones and cameras — the UTV has a cigarette lighter port and a USB port if equipped with Ride Command. Helmets and goggles are provided and required. If you have your own DOT-approved full-face helmet and eye protection you are welcome to bring them. Pedal bike and skully-style helmets are not permitted.
-
Helmets are required at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Helmets that show wear from being left loose — scuffs or damage from bouncing around unrestrained in the cab — will be charged against your deposit.
-
Yes. You are responsible for refueling the vehicle with premium 91 octane fuel before returning it. There are fuel stops accessible from the trails so plan accordingly. Do not return the machine on empty.
-
No experience is needed. Our team walks you through everything before you head out. First-timers consistently have a great time and the General is particularly well suited for new riders. We also offer guided tours if you would prefer someone to lead the way.
-
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, yes — Wisconsin requires an ATV/UTV safety certification and you cannot get behind the wheel without it. The course takes approximately 3 hours so do not wait until the day of your adventure. Complete it at offroad-ed.com/wisconsin before your trip.
-
The General gives the smoothest, most comfortable ride and is great for all experience levels. The RZR is sportier and more responsive for those who want a little more excitement on the trails. The Pro is the most aggressive machine in the fleet and built for riders who want to push it. Not sure which one fits you? Call us at 715-227-3004 and we will help you decide.
-
Yes. Children are welcome as passengers as long as their feet rest flat on the floor while sitting properly with their back against the seat — approximately 46 inches tall is the general guideline. Car seats cannot be used in our UTVs under any circumstances. Young children whose necks are not fully developed should not be in a UTV as wearing a helmet at that stage of development can cause injury.
-
Yes, dogs are welcome. Just make sure they are secure and comfortable for the ride — the trails can get bumpy and muddy so plan accordingly.
-
The trail system connects directly through our property and opens into thousands of miles of trails across Burnett, Washburn, and Douglas counties and into Minnesota. You can ride groomed gravel paths, sandy forest routes, muddy backcountry terrain, and everything in between — all without crossing a road to get started. Many guests find themselves exploring neighboring counties, so we recommend using Polaris Ride Command or the OnX Off-Road app to navigate
-
Absolutely. Two hours is a great way to experience the trails without committing to a full day. It is popular with guests who are passing through or want to add a quick adventure to their weekend without it taking over the whole day.
-
The Sunrise Adventure is for early birds. Get out on the trails before everyone else and watch the sun come up over the Northwoods. There is nothing quite like it.
-
The 7 hour adventure is our most popular full day option — plenty of time to cover serious ground and explore deep into the trails. The 12 hour option is for those who want to go further, take their time, and really make a day of it with no clock pressure.
-
The Night Ride is a 12 hour UTV adventure that starts in the evening. You can book a start time anywhere from 4pm to 10pm. The trails feel completely different after dark — it is one of the most unique experiences we offer and guests love it.
-
The 24 hour option lets you keep your machine for a full day and a full night. It is perfect for guests who want to explore at their own pace, catch a sunset or sunrise on the trails, or pair their ride with other activities in the area.
-
Weekender gives you a UTV from Friday at 4pm through Sunday at 1pm. It is designed for guests who are staying locally at a cabin or Airbnb and want to ride both days on their own schedule. It is one of our most popular options for Twin Cities guests making a full weekend out of the trip.
-
Yes. Our multi-day option lets you keep a Polaris UTV for several days and explore hundreds of miles of trails at your own pace. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing
-
Great question and one we get often. Each multi-day includes a window after the longer adventure for us to bring the vehicle in, clean it thoroughly, and have our certified mechanics inspect and service it before it goes back out. This keeps our fleet in top condition so every guest gets a machine that is performing at its best. A 2 day adventure runs 32 hours, a 3 day runs 56 hours, a 4 day runs 80 hours, and so on.
-
We are 1.5 to 2 hours northeast of the Twin Cities — close enough to make it a day trip and far enough that it genuinely feels like you got away. Most guests coming from Minneapolis or St. Paul book a 7 or 12 hour adventure to make the drive worth it.
-
Yes. We go out rain, shine, or snow. Adventures are only canceled in the case of severe weather such as a tornado, forest fire, or major flooding. -
No. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited when operating or riding in any of our vehicles. If we determine a driver is impaired, the adventure is terminated immediately and we will retrieve the machine. There are no exceptions or refunds.
-
If anyone is seriously injured please call 9-1-1 immediately then call us immediately at 715-227-3004. Do not return the vehicle without letting us know first. We will help upright the machine, assess the situation, and get you back safely. Reporting it promptly helps everyone and avoids disputes over damage when you return.
